About

She is currently a master's student in the Post-Graduation Program in History at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), in the research area “Political Dynamics and Languages” and in the field "Displacements, Inequalities and Rights", with a project focused on the History of Contemporary Africa, especially French colonization and the process of independence in Senegal through the cinema and literature of Ousmane Sembène. At the same institution, she studied History, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and License Degree, with an emphasis on Art History and on Historical and Cultural Heritage (2023). In addition, she completed high school and a Technical Course in IT (2018) at IFSULDEMINAS Campus Muzambinho. She participated in a student mobility program sponsored by DERI/UNICAMP and Banco Santander in the second semester of 2022, when she studied Cinema at the University of Beira Interior (UBI), in Covilhã, Portugal. She is interested in the following themes: Contemporary History, History of Africa, History of Art, History of Cinema, Cultural Heritage, Teaching History and Theory of History.
